Kim has a holistic approach to life coaching.  She has an intuitive process as you bridge the gap from where you are to where you would like to be. 
After over coming chronic health conditions & navigating through some big life traumas with the help of coaches, energy therapies such as IEMT & regular self care rituals. She decided to qualify to be able to share these teachings to help others turn their pain into power to.  
IEMT therapy is the 1st part process in her coaching as she believes it's much easier to move forward with your potential when you have released the past armour.  IEMT is a rapid change therapy that explores negative emotions & memories & can release them with eye moments.  This isn't a talking care therapy.  It is a change therapy.

Helping you release the blocks that have been keeping you stuck. Whilst building self trust to move  forward with more clarity, direction & purpose.
